If yours isn't formatted so the ATS can parse it cleanly, it can get auto-filtered out no matter how qualified you are. Every order includes one free revision round within 7 days of delivery — one reply listing all the tweaks you want, turned around in ~2 business days. Before production starts, you can cancel for a full refund, no questions. Everything is yours — personal and commercial use, anywhere, forever.
Kept, exactly as you wear them — the AI changes your background and attire, not who you are. Use the form's styling notes for specifics (glasses on or off, keep the beard, etc.). We never alter your identity: no slimming, no skin-tone changes, no "beautifying."

One organizer (treasurer, exec board) pays once at the group link — 15+ people × $5.99. Then share our form link with your chapter: each member fills out a ~2-minute form with their own photos, background, and attire picks, plus your chapter name so we match them to your order. Everyone gets their own headshots by email. We reconcile submissions against the paid headcount, and email us first if you want an invoice or have questions.
