1. What OfferReady is

OfferReady ("we", "us") creates career materials — AI-generated studio headshots, résumés, LinkedIn assets, and hosted portfolio websites — from photos and information you provide. It's operated by Cole Campbell in Tempe, Arizona.

2. What we promise — and what we don't

We promise professional-quality materials, produced from your real photos and facts, reviewed by a human before delivery. We do not promise you a job, an interview, or any hiring outcome — nobody honestly can.

3. Turnaround

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from when you submit the intake form (with matching payment); rush is 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays. If your photos fail our quality check, the clock restarts when usable replacements arrive.

4. Revisions

Every order includes one free revision round within 7 days of delivery: one reply listing the changes you'd like across your deliverables (e.g. "different background on shot 2, bolder résumé headline"). Revisions are delivered within about 2 business days. A revision round refines what was delivered — it isn't a rebuild from new photos or new information.

5. Refunds

• Before production starts: full refund, no questions — just email us.
• After delivery: if a deliverable genuinely doesn't meet the standard shown on our site and a revision round can't fix it, we refund that item's portion of your order. If we can't produce a headshot that looks like you, we refund the headshot.
• "Changed my mind" after delivery isn't refundable — the work is custom and already done.
• Orders we decline for any reason are refunded in full.

6. Your photos & your rules

• You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian's consent) and the photos must be of you, owned by you, with your consent to AI editing — exactly what you confirm on the intake form.
• We will not impersonate anyone, and we decline requests to alter your identity (body shape, age, ethnicity). Backgrounds, attire, glasses on/off, and light retouching are fine.
• We may refuse any order at our discretion with a full refund — including suspected use of someone else's photos.

7. What you own

Everything we deliver is yours: use your headshots, résumé, and site content anywhere — LinkedIn, applications, printing, commercial use. We claim no rights over your deliverables. We will never use your photos or results in our marketing without your written permission.

8. AI disclosure

Headshots are AI-generated portraits created from your reference photos and verified against them. They are new images, not edits of your originals. Whether and how to disclose that to others is your call; there's no hidden watermark.

9. Your hosted website (Full Launch Kit)

• Your site lives at your-name.offerreadynow.us. Hosting is included for at least 12 months, and in practice for as long as OfferReady operates — we don't delete client sites.
• If we ever needed to shut hosting down, you'd get at least 30 days' email notice plus a zip of your site (it's also attached to your delivery email), which works on any host.
• Renames are free. We can take your site down any time you ask.
• Site names are first-come, first-served; we may refuse names that are offensive, misleading, or impersonate a person or brand.

10. Payments & chargebacks

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Prices are one-time, in USD. Orders are matched to payments before delivery — submitting the intake form without a matching payment doesn't start an order. Chargebacks filed after delivery, instead of using the refund policy above, will be contested with delivery records.

11. Liability

Our total liability for anything related to an order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost opportunities, lost profits, etc.).

12. The boring-but-true part

These terms are governed by Arizona law. We may update them; the date above always reflects the current version. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. This page is a plain-language policy, not legal advice to you.
